Speed and Agility Program


The aim of this program is to assist touch football athletes who;
– have had minimal exposure to speed and agility training
– have limited access to gym facilities/equipment
– want to increase their general speed and agility

What is covered in the program?
– Speed Work
– Agility Work

This program is designed to increase your speed and agility over a 4 week block. The aim over the block is to get you moving faster and feeling more agile in the lead up to a competition or event. The overall session length varies between 20-40 minutes [and can always be condensed into shorter blocks].

We recommend doing these sessions in conjunction with your current ball skills, fitness and/or gym work.

Ideally, this program is performed prior to fitness/gym work in order to maximise the benefits.
